    One star is way too much. Worst experience I have ever had with an apartment complex. Rent is definitely not worth the apartment size. The staff is very rude and not very helpful after you sign the lease. The closets couldn't hold any weight, I asked for them to reinforced and the closet still broke. The never gave us a notice that our 60 day notice was coming up. When we went to give in our paperwork they lied and said they sent a letter and called. Neither of those things happened. The hallway forever smelled like Pot. I left before my boyfriend and a couple days after I moved out I got a call from the office saying they were expecting keys back yesterday. I called back and told them that our lease does not end for another 2 weeks and they were making us pay for that time so I didn't understand why they were so pushy to get the keys back. They went on to tell me that the 980 plus dollars we were paying wasn't rent but it was a fee. I have never heard of a fee being $980 bucks!!!!! They are horrible in communication and very rude!!!!! The worst experience my boyfriend and I had with an apartment complex. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Its not worth the money.

  • The staff professionals at this property are the BEST! I couldn't find enough words to say to depict how my experience has been with this community. The staff professionals are truly trained and molded to give the absolute best customer service. The stick to policy and enforce it, which I find great because it truly sets a standard for a smooth mutual relationship. I work with apartment communities every day in my line of work; and Villages at Marshfield has proved they provide great customer service and their integrity is unmatched. Huge shout out to the Management Staff and the Maintenance Supervisor who handles my situation seamlessly. Thank you all for everything!!!! - Kali P.

  • Susan and Leah were SO accommodating! We set up a honey fund through their website so our Bridal Shower guests could purchase gift certificates for our honeymoon in lieu of a traditional bridal registry. It was so easy to navigate! They both were always so friendly and Leah would answer my emails immediately no matter what time of day I sent it - sometimes even at 11pm! We can't say enough good things about Susan Peavey Travel!

  • My name is Michael and I"m a local Marshfield resident. Myself, my friends, and my family have been going to Public Petroleum to handle our automotive needs for at least 10 years. Eddy, Eli, Candy, Jamie and the rest of the mechanics and employees are phenomenal. I trust them to take care of both my Mother and Father's vehicles. You could not find a better and more HONEST mechanic within the South Shore, or even all the way up to Boston. I can't say enough for their profesionalism. They WILL NOT screw you over. They will explain everything they diagnosed and descriptively go over every detail with you. You will feel confident in them before they even begin to work on your vehicle. Not only all that, but the prices are more than fair! They would be worth it if they were the most expensive mechanics in the area, but they're practically the least expensive ones! You just can't do better for any car needs, you need to go to Public if you have a car problem. I currently own a truck and they do fine work on it as well, so I'd definitely trust them with cars or trucks/SUVs. In summary, you need to trust me and give them a shot, tell them Michael sent you. You won't regret it!
